裏地がフリースのような起毛素材になっており、肌へのダメージがなく使いやすい。付属のカラビナをそのまま懸垂スタンドと本品の輪にかけると長すぎて、足を伸ばして下ろすことが出来ない。カラビナを外して、本品のみで、目通し掛けすることで、ちょうど良い長さになるので、この方法で使用しています。機能としては、握力を気にせず、腹部に効かせられるので良いですが、レッグレイズ自体が楽になるわけではないので、ある程度の筋力は必要です。膝を曲げてやれば、初心者でもできると思うので、徐々に負荷を上げるようにすれば良いと思います。

I bought a British Army shemagh (made in Pakistan) years ago, and it is very versatile and useful. I wanted another one, but there are many advertised, some very cheap, some made in China, some not 100% cotton. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one, and I am very happy that I did. I don't know where it is made, but the quality is the same as my first one. There is no smell, apart from new cotton, and the colour does not seem to bleed. (Though it is advisable to wash separately by hand the first time). Please note that this type of woven pattern will sometimes have threads pulled loose if something (zipper, magic tape etc.) catches on them. If you pull the scarf from either side of the loose thread, you will see it return to the weave.
