Ken 5 I used to go to the gym a lot, but have stopped. This is great for toning up and feeling good afterwards. The videos that go along with the OYO (on line) are good, but a bit misleading about the number of exercises you are able to do with it. But, I love using it. Other reviewers have commented that there is not enough resistance for a good workout, however do more reps and really concentrate on form and you will feel the burn. The ease of switching resistance makes working out quick and easy. Of course, if you are looking to enter a body building contest, then get to the gym.
