When I've adjusted the length of the belt for the first time 10 days after receiving the belt, the buckle broke as shown in the pictures.The online shop I've bought this belt from advised that they will not provide any help because they only guarantee the belt for 8 days.I've therefore contacted Dunhill Japan for support. Dunhill Japan advised that they cannot guarantee the quality of Dunhill products and that they will not help me. They also advised that the 10 day old belt cannot be repaired, nor are there any spare parts (buckle) available.I feel the Dunhill brand cannot be trusted and advise against buying from them based on my experience with this reversible belt. This was an expensive lesson, but it will prevent me from making the same mistake with even more expensive items from Dunhill.
