震度５以上の大きな地震の度にCDが大量に落下してしまうCDラック（8段）用に購入し、各段の棚板の手前側に貼ってみました。CDが正立していれば、多少揺すってもびくともしないので良さそうです。CDが横倒しになってしまうと、一番下以外に効果がなくなってしまうので、横倒しにならないように考える必要があります。実際の効果は次の大地震で確認ですね。2022/3/17追記昨夜の地震、当方震度6弱の地域で木造築25年程の自宅の2階に置いていた上記のCDラック（高さ180cm）のCDは殆ど落下しませんでした。（落下したのは平積みにしていたものだけで、テープが効かないので当然です。）これまで、震度5弱でも1/3位落ちていたので効果大だと思います。

プレーンを購入して、飲んでみました。泡立ちが少なく、タンパク質含有量も多い。WPIでしかも3キロでこの値段はお得。値段はエクスプロージョンのWPIには及ばないが、泡立ちが少なく飲みやすいF&WさんのWPIこのプロテインから離れられないかも。
